Last updated: April 2, 2026. This policy describes how Follix ("we," "us") handles information when you use our follow-up and lead management service.
Account data. When you register, we collect identifiers such as your name, email address, and authentication credentials.
Service data. You may store lead and pipeline information (for example names, companies, notes, deal values, and follow-up dates) that you choose to enter into Follix.
Technical data. We may collect limited technical information such as device type, browser, IP address, and logs needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
We use the information above to provide and improve Follix, authenticate users, send service-related communications, protect against abuse, comply with law, and analyze usage in aggregate form.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your lead content to train public machine learning models.
We may share data with subprocessors that help us host the application, process payments, send email, or provide support—only as needed to run the service and under appropriate agreements.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or integrity of our users and the public.
We retain account and service data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account subject to our verification and any legal retention obligations.
We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; see our Security page for an overview.
If you access Follix from outside the country where our servers or vendors operate, your information may be transferred and processed across borders. By using the service, you understand that such transfers may occur.
You may update certain account information in the app. For privacy requests (including access or deletion where applicable), contact us via Contact Support.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version and update the "Last updated" date above.
