Follix provides tools to help freelancers and teams manage follow-ups and related lead information. Features and limits may differ between plans as described on our pricing page.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
You agree not to misuse the service—including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfere with other users, distribute malware, send unlawful content, or use Follix in violation of applicable law. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
You retain ownership of data you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide and improve the service for you.
Paid plans are billed according to the terms presented at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as we specify in writing.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Follix does not guarantee specific business outcomes (such as closed deals or revenue).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Follix and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or fifty dollars (USD), except where prohibited by law.
You will defend and indemnify Follix against claims arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.
You may stop using Follix at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for operational, legal, or policy reasons. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
We may modify these terms or the service. We will provide notice of material changes where appropriate. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction as we designate in a future version of this agreement or in a separate contract with you, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
